From then on, she perfected her recipe and decorating skills through many trials and errors and started her endeavor. VERY quickly that “side job” became a full-time job, while also juggling another full-time job, a husband, three kids, and the many activities they were involved in. From afar her best friend, Larissa, who lived in Rhode Island at the time, listened to her complaints of late nights and watched her make thousands of cookies at any given time.

In the summer of 2022 Larissa had her first baby and after just 12 short weeks had to return back to work. Leaving her tiny baby behind was hard! It was then she realized there is more to life than just having a career. She would call Rochelle almost daily after work and eventually the light bulb clicked; Rochelle desperately needed help and Larissa wanted to find a better solution in her role as a “new mom”. So after devising a plan, Larissa talked to her husband and a few short weeks later, their house was on the market and they were moving back to Florida!
